I think there is some error here and I messed up big time. When I go to "Apps", the only app containing "Resolve" in its name is Control Panels. When I click "Install" without Control Panels checked, it shows a brief notification: "Installed" right after with no installation process. The installator allows me to only install DaVinci Control Panels for some reason, and the installation Wizard says I've got DaVinci Resolve 18,5 installed, whereas I don't have it anywhere on my computer.Īlso, for some reason it shows me "Windows 10 (圆4)", meanwhile I have Windows 11. Not just for Resolve, either, but for all of your software activation keys. Once your question has been answered, change the flair to 'Solved' so other people can reference the thread if theyve got similar issues. I'm pretty sure I've got the correct version downloaded this time. The DaVinci Resolve activation key is surprisingly tricky to understad. I've installed Studio version by mistake, uninstalled, downloaded free version, installed it, and it stills wants an activation key from me.
